Can I send multiple gift cards?

Yes, you can send any number of gift cards to any number of different addresses.

What is the minimum/maximum value I can load onto a gift card?

The minimum load per gift card is £10, the maximum initial load per gift card is £250.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes, you can write a personal message of up to 250 characters, this will be printed on the same backer the gift card is attached to.

Where can I spend my Gift Card? What can I buy with my Gift Card?

TK Maxx and Homesense Gift Cards can be used in full or part payment for products purchased in-store and online*.

GBP gift cards can be redeemed in all TK Maxx and Homesense stores in the UK or online at tkmaxx.com.

EUR gift cards purchased for Republic of Ireland can be redeemed at all TK Maxx and Homesense stores in the Republic of Ireland.

Can I send a gift card abroad?

Delivery is to addresses in mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland only.

What delivery options/costs are there?

Your personalised gift card can take up to three working days to arrive. The fee for delivery is £2.49 for up to five gift cards. If you’ve ordered multiple gift cards they may arrive separately.

Gift cards with a value of £100 or more are sent using Royal Mail’s special delivery service, so will require a signature on delivery. If you miss your delivery please contact the Post Office directly to re-arrange delivery.

During peak periods allow extra time for your personalised gift cards to arrive.

Can I cancel my order?

Because gift cards are bespoke printed to order it is not possible to cancel your order once printing has commenced. If you need to cancel your order contact Customer Support on 0345 340 9580 and we’ll see what we can do to help.
